After spending ten years living in England PachYa was settled with a child and surrounded by friends. When the referendum signaled the plan to leave the European Union, it was as if attitudes had changed over-night and this led to PachYa feeling she had no choice but to return to Poland.
Now using music to “reunite” people in a time of divide, PachYa echoes the electronic sounds of INNA and Alan Walker and combines them with her crisp vocals to create tracks that elicit the universal joy of dance.
Following her iconic release ‘Rebuild This Land’ that reflects on the time spent within the UK and the changing perception of some people to communities from across the globe living alongside them, ‘Kind of Different Human‘ shows how we can unite and that no one should feel like an outsider. PachYa aims to spread a message of unity between all nationalities in a time of such divide and to show that beneath nationality status, we are inherently all the same.
Singing in Italian, Polish and English Language, PachYa reinforces the need to rebuild bridges and to concentrate on what binds us together as people, not what divides us.
