Led by Gareth Sinnerine, BPSOCA Music seeks to bring Caribbean music to England. With their tracks, they encourage others to listen to the culture and feel the rhythmic and exciting beats.
The labels featured artists are SunDivas, which comprises of two women who want to make feel-good dancehall music. From St. Lucia, SunDivas utilize the language “Kweyol” in the track, which is broken French used in their hometown. BPSOCA is not afraid to include various cultures from the Caribbean in their music, as they want to share the culture with others. In addition, they want people to see that Caribbean music has a place in the UK’s Music Industry.
“Djèn Djèn” is a fun and powerful tune for anyone to listen to. The use of Reggaeton that the song provides makes the sound unique and flavorful. The song takes you to another world and highlights how cultural importance is significant.
